This piece represents long lazy days at the beach with the Sullivan side of my family. My mom was a teacher when I was young, and her summers off were spent at the beach with extended family. As a baby, I napped in a little crib right in the middle of it all. To this day, I am happiest on a soft towel warmed by the sand with waves crashing nearby. Instant peace.
